• Location: 10 Located in the heart of the Alhambra giving us the opportunity to escape the crowds at night. MAGICAL
• Common facilities and services: 10 The courtyard restaurant is a cool respite after touring the Alhambra

• Positive: The location! It was so wonderful to stay with in the walls of the Alhambra. The staff were also very friendly and understanding regarding our lack of Spanish. They were always ready to help with anything. Our room was small but satisfactory. It was clean and had a lovely view out the window.
• Negative: Leaving!! We loved our stay at Hotel America!

• Quietness: 10 So quiet and peaceful, even during the day with so many tourists walking past.
• Room: 7.5 Ours was a little small but was satisfactory for our needs.
• Value for money: 7.5 I believe the cost of staying here represented it's proximity to the Alhambra rather than anything else. Its location is worth every cent!
