• Positive: The hotel staff were all lovely. Very kind and most helpful. I very much enjoyed talking with them. The staff treated us like members of their own families.
• Negative: The hotel lobby has a step in the middle that is easily missed by visitors. In fact my friend, Dr. Ewart failed to see the step during our stay and stumbled very badly. He broke a bone in his foot. He had to enter the hospital in Sevilla for surgery. He is in the hospital now and may not be able to return to the US on schedule. This is most serious, and the hotel should pay more attention to the safety of the guests. I suggest a standing sign at the middle of the step area so that it attracts the attention of guests who don't know the step is there. This is a problem that needs to be corrected.
