• Negative: Entertainment in both entertainment room and lounge.need to change acts maybe new bands.wednesdaySunday music not good,no personality.also maids very noisy with trolley.we were inroom 817.adjacent to their station

• Location: 10 We enjoy los boliches very much.great bus service,trains and all within easy walking..also transport to mainland Spain.also the most beautiful promenade.flat and so easy to walk along the waterside.plenty seats to enjoy the wonderful view.

• Staff: 10 Reception,Isabel and colleagues very good.angel and staff very good,n in restaurant.need more staff there.Antonio and bar staff very good.also new coffee shop very good.new bright and good value to hotel patrons.almost forgot all the happy hours in bars
