• Location: 10 Excellent location
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Excellent sun beds. Gym is very good, although I do think there should be a water machine in there as it gets very warm
• Staff: 10 All staff very polite & helpful, especially the young man on reception whilst we were there.

• Room: 5 The room was a good size with excellent facilities (safe, balcony, kettle), the only disappointment was it smelt of cigarettes. I mentioned it to reception and a machine was put in the room to clear the smell but unfortunately this did not work & the and the cigarette smell was still there.
• Value for money: 7.5 Very happy with value for money

• Positive: Great customer service from Gill she was very helpful and made our stay. She was a pleasure to deal with and sorted us a late check out. Breakfast was lovely and the room was very spacious and clean

• Location: 10 Set back off the main front but lovely area and easy walk to bars and restaurants

• Staff: 10 Gill was wonderful and made our stay. She couldn't do enough for us and was very pleasant and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Beautiful location. It was lovely to sit out of an evening with a glass of wine
• Room: 10 Perfect for 3. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed
• Value for money: 10 Worth every penny
