• Staff: 2.5 No me gusta cuando un huesped pide una solicitud y no es atendido y la única respuesta es: "no se puede, es imposible". Si no se puede debe haber una explicación, porque en otros hoteles lo hacen. La petición era el cambio de un concepto en factura para no tener problemas de cobro posteriores. Pero, "NO SE PUEDE"
