• Cleanliness: 10 The rooms were kept very tidy.
• Location: 10 Doesn't get much better than this if you want to stay in Annecy. Within two blocks we were in Pattiserie and shopping nirvana
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The common room was very nice, the lobby was clean and efficient.
• Staff: 10 The staff was super nice, we received lots of help for where to eat, what to see and they even told us tips for driving to Chamonix when we left (local road closure, saved us HOURS!)
• Quietness: 10 Close the windows and it's like you are alone in the world.
• Room: 5 Rooms are small, no fridge, no ice, barely enough room to walk around the bed. That being said it felt cozy.
• Value for money: 7.5 I really enjoyed our stay in Annecy. We were so charmed by the town it was easy to overlook the small room. For the money it was a good stay. Parking was a let down, they pay for the evening parking bill but you have to pay to park the car during the day.
