• Positif: Maria, Luis and all the staff were wonnderful and could not do enough for the guests. We ate round the pool most which was fine, the food was your typical food snacks but the food at the restaurant in the evening was wonderful. You must try the Pollo de Balcon, just amazing. We also stayed for the BBQ evening. The meat was so succulent and the prices so good. I had to attend the local doctors during my stay and Maria attended my appointment with me due to the laguage barrier. A wonderful lady. Me and my family cannot wait to return. Thank you for the perfect, relaxing holiday we hoped for and more.

• Chambre: 5 Could have done with more plug sockets by the mirror in the room as we had to un plug the TV to plug in hairdryer etc. Also would have appreciated more drawer space but in terms of wardrobe space loads of room. Maybe some more coat hangers too.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 At breakfast maybe some baked beans would go down well. We bought some tins from the local supermarket for our daughter who refused to eat any of the breakfast items just because she is fussy and they happily heated them up for us. Again, staff went above and beyond expectations always.

• Positif: The staff are what make this place I nice place to stay. The man who runs the breakfast is very helpful and pleasant. He has a great sense of humor and nothing is too much trouble. The food & drinks are great as well with a great breakfast buffet and evening menu ( I didn't have lunch there). The balcony is nice to have drinks when the sun is shining. The rooms are good with ample space, our hairdryer was broken but the receptionist bought us a replacement. There is a nice pool and plenty of sunbeds.
• Négatif: The beds were not very comfortable and around the poolside there are chairs made of old pallets painted black. Whilst this is very eco-friendly to reuse old wood. Im not sure how comfortable they would be (I didnt sit on them though).
