• Positive: Die Lage ist super und auch das Frühstück.
• Negative: Der Empfang von der Frau an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und stockend. Bei der Anfahrt hatte ich Probleme das Hotel zu finden. Nachdem ich bei der Rezeption angerufen habe, gab es keine entsprechenden Hinweise. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat sogar einfach aufgelegt. Sehr sehr schlecht. Wir mussten deshalb mehrfach im Kreis fahren.

• Negative: Lack of friendliness of staff and particularly in engaging with situation where my friends had lost their booking through Anoma as website had been shutdown few days earlier. Hotel sold room without notifying my friends who then had to seek alternative accommodation and pay for it.

• Staff: 2.5 As previous regarding lack of help with situation my friends found themselves in fact they sold their room without notification. Also lack of friendliness generally with staff.
• Quietness: 5 Building noises at times and church bells outside ringing very loud.

• Negative: We were supposed to receive a couple of perks as we booked directly with the hotel (cava and jamon), but the hotel did not remind us of this or offer outright and we only remembered after checking out.
