• Negative: El desayuno podría mejorar la calidad de embutidos, quesos y zumos. La comida del restaurante podría también mejorar. Las duchas de la zona de playa no deberían estar en el mismo lugar que los servicios y toda esa zona debería ser renovada.

• Negative: On arrival I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a room with a view/balcony and was told no there was no room available, but on talking to a resident on the beach the following day I was told they got a room with a view on request that day. I was also told about the beach and subbed policy which is perfectly fine if it is adhered to by your staff, this was not the case and on several days the beds were taken up with towels on them from early morning till at least 2 o'clock with not a person occupying them. This rules is fine if the staff do what we were told they would do (take the towels off the beds after 1 hour) this did not happen. While the breakfast was good it was no better than another 4* hotel we stayed in. The lifts were very slow on arriving. I don't think i would stay here again as we found the Parador a nicer visit. At the moment the only thing I think the Europa has over the Parador is the location. Also the parking is FREE in the parador and €15 in the Europa.
