• Common facilities and services: 10 As only there for a day I didn't use the services but they appeared to be comprehensive and of a high quality.
• Staff: 10 The staff were one of the key factors in my overall rating - one of the best Teams I've come across during years of travel.
• Quietness: 5 I got a special deal on the hotel so therefore we were on a floor that was being renovated - so therefore imagine that's why there was a special price. The noise only was during the day .
• Room: 10
