• Value for money: 2.5 It was rated a 4 star and we certainly paid more than what we would pay for a 4 star in other cities. But the jacuzzi was cold one of the days; the room was just "ok" (it had only one small window and was kind of gloomy); and the shower didn't have a door so water got all over the place; there were no robes or slippers (unlike the Melia hotel we'd stayed at in Madrid); etc.
