  • Positiv: the size of the room. Was very large. Also the front desk leant me a power adaptor because I left mine at home.
  • Negativ: the shower leaked all over the floor. the tv didn't work. I was not given the wifi code on check in, it wasn't explained to me where breakfast was, there was no water in the room and most alarming of all was that the safe didn't work..

  • Negativ: Hard to reach hotel via email. On the reservation confirmation, there was an email address, but it was invalid. Months ago, we tried to add a second night, but couldn't and wasted a couple days trying to figure it out. Also, we left an item. We really appreciate that housekeeping found it and held it for us. But, still, this is annoying to not be able to contact hotel easily.
