• Negative: On arrival the receptionist gave us a room for handicapped persons with a bathroom that did not look like the ones we booked. The room was very small and loud! The next night we talked to another receptionist and he gave us a different room, the one we booked.

• Positive: The quality of the hotel itself was excellent. The view from our room was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony our room had. Also the service was top notch.
