• Positive: delicate bathroom and my nice bed in room 305. a beutiful and nice young girl vith curly hair in the reseption desk, always smiling and helpful.
• Negative: no internet connection in room 305 (that was very important for me). i asked for help, but did not get help from the ugly man in the reseption desk. that man is not good for the hotel's image. no smile, and unwilling to help.

• Staff: 5 minus for the ugly man in resepton desk. it was not possible to change a bad madrass in room 1208, and it took two days before i got a better bed in room 305.
