• Negative: not so close to the metro (4 blocks to the hospital clinic station): this was tiring with luggage when arriving & leaving, but was fine otherwise.

• Common facilities and services: 5 As mentioned, the room service was a bit poor. The hamburger I had seemed plain and small...I usually prefer ordering in at night but had to find other options.
• Staff: 10 Really helpful and friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 I was able to hear the guests in the other room and what they were up to :S But no outside noise - that was ok.
• Room: 7.5 Great. And very happy about the WIFI that worked at an excellent strength
