• 清掃について: 5 In most respects it was very clean. However, when we arrived, workmen were completing a job that was making a lot of dust in a part of the room. It wasn%27t very good management to assign us a room where work was underway even if there hadn%27t been the dust. We were too tired to go thru the hassle of moving to another room and took the five minutes that were necessary to wipe the surfaces that mattered.
• 立地条件について: 10 Very good if you want an airport hotel. Very bad if you want to see the sights of Madrid.
• 設備やサービスについて: 5 Limited but OK. Clean enough. The little "coffee shop" served quite good food, and the staff were friendly enough, but in a rather slap-dash manner. The single elevator was not working very consistently; for example, we ended up carrying our baggage down three flights of stairs rather than wait any longer for the elevator to appear; there were only a few people using it as far as we could tell. Shuttle service to the airport was on time, very quick, and driver was quite helpful.
• スタッフ: 7.5 Front desk staff were courteous, spoke quite good English, and in some respects were helpful (for example, by providing us with a wireless laptop to use). But see above remark on cleanliness and the coffee shop.

• 客室について: 5 Room was rather small, and (as noted above) dusty because of the work being carried out. Also, failed to have a light over the desk and on the right side of the bed. The shutter that was manually controlled (the other was controlled electronically) would not lower.
• 満足度は？: 5 Thought it was somewhat over-priced, and would certainly shop around before coming again.
