• Negative: Personal desagradable, paredes de papel de fumar, con ruidos toda la noche, Aire Acondicionado no funciona, la habitación sin vistas en absoluto, con una pared frente a la ventana (a pesar de lo que anuncian en su página web). La habitación no correponde en absoluto con un hotel de tres estrellas, como mucho es una habitación de hostal malucho, en definitiva un timo para turistas que buscan dormir en el Casco de Toledo, pero hay sin duda muchas mejores opciones que el pésimo hotel Carlos V de Toledo.
