• Positive: the welcome I received, the little touches about the hotel, e.g. free tea 24x7, and an afternoon bar of chocolate. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and friendly.
• Negative: Not a lot to dislike!!!

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Classic style lovers, Budget travelers

• Location: 10 right in the heart of the city
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 access to a nearby gym would have been useful (or some guidance on running routes through the Turia Gardens / City) would have been very useful
• Staff: 10 All fantastic!!
• Quietness: 10 we had a room at the back of the building and it was very quiet
• Room: 10 great shower and bath. Choice of pillows for the bed is a great idea.
• Value for money: 10 It was pricey, but I think worth every penny!
