• Staff: 10 ¡Sobresaliente! Siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y a resolver nuestras dudas con una sonrisa y amabilidad.
• Quietness: 5 Durante nuestra estancias se oían ruidos de obras exteriores por la mañana, pero a pesar de ello, no eran lo suficientemente molestos para perturbar nuestro sueño.
• Room: 7.5 El tamaño y la distribución del mobiliario eran correctos, el sistema para calentar las toallas en el baño no funcionaba pero no nos supuso ningún problema porque la habitación era cálida y en ningún momento sentimos frío, y las vistas no eran bonitas porque daban a un patio interior pero la habitación la utilizábamos para descansar y asearnos así que no le dimos importancia.
