• Staff: 7.5 From funny things there was amusing incident (or we just misunderstood something) with an employee in a dining room, who was very quickly serving during the breakfast. Once a spanish family had come, he asked them "cappuccino?" and soon made for them real cappuccino by the coffee machine. We decided to ask for cappuccino too - but he categorically answered "NO cappuccino". Probably making cappuccino doesn't belong to his duties (and for spaniards he made an exception), but it was somehow unpleasant - that was a bit strange, why he made a difference between who was worthy for cappuccino and who was not. Though, it was just a trifle. All other things was very good.
