• Staff: 10 Very nice, Recepetion speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German
• Quietness: Not rated Big Roads around the Hotel, very noisy with opened windows
• Room: 5 once we had e very big room with an amazing and hug bathroom, this time we had a small room with a small bathroom without window. In our room was a double bed, a desk and wardrobe
• Value for money: 10 We went the second time, because it is worth ones salt

• Negative: Money was taken off my card when we'd asked to pay in cash. Maybe needs better explanations on the website? Rather than claiming the card is just to be used as a guarantee.
