• ここが良かった: the warm and helpful welcome but the front desk on arrival. gmtpjddpgmg staff polite and helpful to our requests. the rooms were spacious clean and with a comfortable bed.
• ここが気に入らなかった: Not a dislike but a comment. the breakfast was ok but the buffet layout very cramped. . after trying the breakfast once we chose to eat breakfast outside zicha was more convenient cheaper and obviously had better choices.

• ここが良かった: The entire stay. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Samuel and Victor provide excellent customer service which has been consistent over our past 2 stays. The room was very spacious and quiet with comfortable beds and the sitting area is great for extra room. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the back courtyard.
• ここが気に入らなかった: With the rooms and hotel staff being excellent the breakfast could be upgraded to match the rest of the hotel. Breakfast staff not that friendly and they play the music far too loud and over hyper for breakfast time.
