• Negative: When checking out, I asked the receptionist to call a cab for me so I could get to the airport. He told me that the telephone was not working and therefore had to find my own. While I was not happy about walking around the city alone, at 5am, I said fine. When I asked to check out, he handed me the bill and I handed him my credit card. The receptionist looked at me and said, "oh sorry this will not work." Confused, I asked why and he responded by saying that since the telephone wasn't working, he couldn't run my credit card through. Extremely frustrated, I asked the man what I should do. His response was appalling and extremely unacceptable. The receptionist told me I had to walk and go find a bank to take out cash. What kind of hotel forces their customers to walk to a bank at 5 in the morning and makes them pay their bill in cash. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to not have a working phone and then to not offer other accommodations. It was the worst experience I have had at a hotel and would never say at Hotel Corona de Granada ever again.

• Staff: Not rated Unprofessional, disrespectful and extremely unhelpful
• Quietness: Not rated We could hear the television of our neighbor. Every morning at 5am our neighbor also took a shower which was extremely loud and woke us up every day.
• Room: 2.5 The view from the room was a rooftop or some sort of walkway. The room was hot, but we could not sleep with the window open out of fear that someone could enter through the window.
• Value for money: Not rated The staff was completely unprofessional.
