• Positive: Our bedroom and bathroom were of a high quality - amazing view of Palma bay from the balcony. Really excellent choice of food at the buffet breakfast. The pool and terrace were also excellent.
• Negative: We had to wait for 1h 10min for lunch in the restaurant next to the pool. We noticed that several people who arrived after us were served before us or even finished their meal before we were eventually served. We kept enquiring about what was happening but were told several times that the food was coming within minutes. We went to reception and were immediately helped by the duty manager. The explanation given was that the waitress who took our order was at the end of her shift and had not relayed the order to the kitchen. We subsequently saw her at breakfast but did not receive an apology in fact we had the impression that she was annoyed with us. This episode spoiled our first day when we arrived after a long & difficult journey and were tired and hungry. In the end we couldn't eat much of the food that arrived as we had lost our appetite. This was a great shame because without it I would rate your hotel as excellent (I have stayed in 4/5 star hotels all over the world for the last 3 decades).

• Negative: Small rooms, no water in the gym. You cannot drink the water in palma and you had to buy all water at the store. Pretty lame to not supply water for the gym or hotel use. They tv, outlets and charging usb ports, and AC didnt work in my kids room. We paid allot of money and didnt have basic working things. No conditioner toiletries just shampoo and soap. The pool is small and closes early so we didn't get to use it very much. We had a party with 4 rooms and we were all on different floors, no where near each other.
