• Negative: it%27s kind of expensive for me (a college student), but it%27s so much better than other places because it%27s quiet, it%27s clean, the staff is friendly, and there are lots of restaurants near by.

• Location: 7.5 It%27s a little out of the way, but it%27s right next to the metro and the metro gets you to the big sites in less than 30 minutes.

• Location: 10 Very conveniently situated close to a Metro station and wide variety of restaurants and shops.

• Staff: 7.5 Front desk staff usually were bilingual and very helpful wih information.
• Quietness: 7.5 Rooms facing street were noisy during the day if windows were open, but ths quitened at night.
• Room: 7.5 Bedroom was serviceable however the bathroom needed upgrading, eg the shower head was loose and sometimes fell down. The biggest problem was the lack of hot water if showering late at night - all that arrived was a tepid stream.Drainage was slow too.
