• Staff: 10 Personel very nice and friendly. Though we cannot speak very good French, we could speak English! Many advices and Suggestions from the personel. Very good.
• Quietness: 10 No noises in the room, very calm room and hotel
• Room: 7.5 Clean rooms and tidy. No problems at all in the room.
• Value for money: 10 Very good price, also for breakfast per person. Strategic position of the hotel allows us to reach the center of the city in an easy way.

• Location: 5 It%27s right next to the metro station so convenient but it is not walking distance to anywhere.

• Staff: 5 One person in our group had their trousers stolen.I think that the hotel could have been better about it instead of just shrugging it off saying that it couldn%27t have happened in their hotel. That is the only place we had been. The morning the trousers were in the room on a chair and when we returned the evening they were gone.
