• Common facilities and services: 2.5 The chromecast didn’t work and we took a hotel with smart tv because we know we will be early by night at the hotel. We were not able to spend a good time in our room We had a bad first night because of the climatisation (cool mode instead of heat mode, in January). A technician came the day after to fixe it.
• Staff: 2.5 Not able to help us with the chromecast issue. They should have offered us to change our room for a functional one.
