• Positive: Las instalaciones, con sus varias piscinas, el salón, etc. Todo perfecto para pasar unos días relajados. La atención del personal es excelente, tuvimos un imprevisto y hubo que modificar la reserva, nos atendieron muy bien y no hubo ningún problema. Un hotel muy recomendable.

• Staff: 7.5 Most of the receptionists are very kind and helpful, although I indicated that our safe in our room doesn't work (I think a battery replacement would help), but nothing happened... so we couldn't use the safe.
• Quietness: 7.5 After our arrival, we received a room on the street front (108, if I remember well), but it was terrible. We couldn't sleep at all, till the bars and restaurants were open (till around 2 am). Then we asked the receptionist to change our room and fortunately we got a room in the other part of the hotel (overlooking the pool), and it was much better.
• Room: 10 After the room changing, the pool view room was excellent.
• Value for money: 7.5 It is a good value hotel, especially that we booked with early booking discont.
