• Positive: Adults only, breakfast buffet, excellent friendly staff, great public areas, roof top, cleanliness.
• Negative: Sun terrace closed through most of our stay. Wine & cheese was far too short. Rooms were well decorated, but didn’t feel luxury.

• Quietness: 5 Street noise at night, and noise from residents early hours of morning, as corridors seemed to amplify the sound.
• Room: 5 Room was clean and well kept, amenities were ok, however we were in an accessible room and we didn’t like the wet room, as “everything” got wet. Shape of the room meant a small balcony.
• Value for money: 10 On the whole, the hotel is great and definitely value for money.

• Positive: Hotel AMAZING Staff very pleasant and welcoming - Especially Lumiza and Felipe they were FANTASTIC and were very very helpful they made our stay even more enjoyable🙌🏽💯🎉 Rooftop pool 🤩😘🙌🏽 Best place to catch a tan The variety at the breakfast buffet The cleanliness of the hotel was 10 out 10 Gym was a great place to unwind
• Negative: Bar staff would not provide ice - would only provide if buying a drink. If this is the normal process, maybe management should look into to installing ice machinery on all floors or certain floors, in which guests can collect themselves.
