• Staff: Not rated Unfriendly,espescially the concierge, he didn't even say goodbye when we were checking out and leaving the hotel! When checking in and -out, he barely spoke a word and in check out,after paying the bill, he didn't say a word to us. He just turned away to other customers. Very rude. Only the bellboys were trying to be friendly to us. This is a big reason why we won't be recommending this hotel to our friends.
• Quietness: Not rated We could hear all the noise from the hall to our room and staff talking loudly outside of our room in the morning. not a quiet place to rest.
