• Quietness: 5 Construction outside and old glass shutter windows didn't block out noise, but fine when I shut bathroom door and slept with earplugs
• Room: 5 Would prefer firmer mattress and refrigerator under desk prevented chair from fitting. No view but not a problem for me.
• Value for money: 10 Considering the price for late October, I was very happy.
