• Positiv: Both sun terraces and pool are really pleasant / tidy / clean. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are lovely
• Negativ: Weekend barbecue's - we left the hotel to avoid it (as did other guests). Sure it's meant to be nice for guests but wonder if the hotel may want to review this, the hotel literature reminds guests of the hotels calm atmosphere and asks guests to be quiet / respectful then the weekend comes and the hotel themselves play really loud booming music at a smelly bbq which seems to mostly be attended by staff. Also room 1's balcony is approx 4foot away from the outside bar terrace - overlooked and at times uncomfortable for us.

• Ruhe: 7,5 Lovely during the week, nice touches to help reduce noise such as internal corridor doors closed on an evening to reduce noise but then the booming music on a weekend really detracted from this (approx 4hrs a day on saturday and sunday)
• Zimmer: 7,5 Room was lovely, really pleasant and again really clean, could just have done with replacing shower gel etc a bit more frequently (not terrible but we bought some as we were always running out)

• Sauberkeit: 10 Room cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels changed daily also
• Lage: 10 2 minute walk from beach front
• Einrichtungen und Service: 10 Service was excellent.
• Personal: 10 Nieve was excellent and so friendly. Brought our drinks to us in the pool and Jacuzzi.
• Ruhe: 10 Pool area nice and quiet (hence no kids). Night time very quiet.
• Zimmer: 10 Room size was perfect (yes everyone would love a spacious room but the 2 of us stayed in it comfortably) Bed was very comfy and had extra pillows. Shower was big with both waterfall shower head and normal shower head. Lovely and powerful.

• Negativ: Approximate cleaning service (stayed 7 night, one day no cleaning service at all and another day room cleaned but no towels). Appreciated the way in which the receptionist helped us to solve the problem.
