• Cleanliness: 10 Hotel was clean and had maid service daily. I felt comfortable that the bathroom was clean. The furnishings were nice and not old leftover items.
• Location: 10 It%27s located in the Plaza del Sol literally. This is a busy area but a fun area and close to all attractions. There%27s a pastry shop in the plaza across from a McDonald%27s that is delicious. I had a chocolate crossiant every morning.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated
• Staff: 10 The people at the front desk were AWESOME. They spoken English and were very helpful. They didn%27t even mind listening to our attempts at speaking Spainish. They stored our luggage when we took a weekend trip to Sevilla. We came in late at night when we returned and went to pickup our luggage at the front desk. The gentleman informed us that our luggage was already in our room!! That was so nice since we had just completed a 6 hour bus ride.
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room faced the Plaza del Sol. It was noisy on the street at night but once we closed our balcony doors the noise was not a bother. Honestly, we were so worn out from walking all day that sleeping was no problem at night.
• Room: 10 We had a twin double. The room was an adequate size. Not a lot of extra room but we were only in it to shower and sleep so it was fine.
• Value for money: 10 The price was a little expensive but partly because the dollar was so lousy. The hotel was recommended by a friend. It was worth the price to stay at a hotel you could depend on. It%27s not a hotel for the bare bones traveller. I would highly recommend it.

• Quietness: 5 O Hotel fica localizado na praça Puerta Del Sol que é um local de muito movimento. Para quem quer silencio absoluto e dorme cedo não é um bom local, mas para quem essa questão é menos relevante os vidros a prova de som dão conta do recado.

• Staff: 10 Great, very helpful and professional. They speak excellent English for those of you who can%27t speak Spanish.
• Quietness: 7.5 If you like quiet, ask for a room off the street. The locals are on the square untill 4 or 5 in the morning on the weekends.
• Room: 10 I was so relieved to have a real bathroom, tub and all. Great veiw off the balcony of the square.
• Value for money: 10 Best I have seen in Europe hands down.
