"Estimado Sr. Anasagasti: Entendemos la molestia que ha podido causar la ola de calor sufrida durante los días de su estancia. Como bien Vd. dice, el aire acondicionado estará conectado a partir de Mayo. Por el momento seguimos con la calefacción ya que las temperaturas mínimas a día de hoy por la noche son bien frías con 4ºC y se espera todavía más frío el fin de semana, por lo que no es posible todavía hacer el cambio a frío. Indicarle que para estos bruscos e impredecibles cambios de temperatura estamos preparados ya que disponemos de ventiladores en primavera y de calefactores en otoño. Simplemente con contactar con recepción le hubiéramos solucionado el problema, incluso cambiándole a una habitación exterior más fresca. Siendo como es Vd. un cliente de toda la vida es lo menos que hubiésemos hecho por Vd. y no entendemos cómo no lo ha expuesto en recepción durante su estancia. Quedamos como siempre a su entera disposición."
