• Staff: 5 Check in started placing us at 11:th floor, changed us to 9:th then saying 7:th was the best. After checking we said we wanted the 11:th we got it. But it was a strange behaviour!
• Quietness: 2.5 Indoors fine, except flushing from toilets above, very noisy. Outdoors really bad ( we know it's not the hotels fault but you asked)
• Room: 7.5 Excellent view. Door bathroom swollen so it was difficult to open without noise. Little bit outdated but ok.
• Value for money: 5

• Positive: Breakfast excellent, rooms clean and comfortable.
• Negative: We booked superior rooms and this visit we actually stayed in superior rooms. However they are not worth the extra money unless you are in rooms on the 7th floor or above. On our previous visit in April we paid for superior rooms but were given standard rooms but not told they were standard rooms. Surely some refund is due to us? Tried to discuss this with your reception staff but gave up as we were not getting very far.
