• Positif: Little noise in the room from other clients. Balcony to the street. Clean room and nicely presented on our return each day. Breakfast had a good selection. Location.
• Négatif: Welcoming staff???? Booking in clerk on duty and direction to lift, I get this in a Travel In. Nothing special here. Entrance bar not in operation. Rated as 4* but rundown. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Our booking was inclusive of a fruit basket and late check out but neither was forthcoming. We had to ask for the fruit basket and late checkout was too difficult for the staff as the hotel was full. I would have booked the train for 14.30 not 17.30 had I been told at booking. Sitting at the train station for hours beforehand is not nice.

• Propreté: 7,5 Clean and well presented when we returned each day
• Situation: 7,5 My mother is not disabled but limited with walking. Metro and bus stops close so had good days out
• Installations et services: 2,5 Poor for a 4* hotel. Quiet room and good breakfast. No facilities, no tea/coffee, no fridge, no bar, NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL.
• Personnel: 5 Yes they were there for our check in. No help with luggage. Room staff - rarely saw but don't expect too AND room left very nice.
• Tranquillité: 7,5 Very good sound barrier to other rooms but VERY bad within the room. Basin tap so squeaky would wake you up.
• Chambre: 5 Nothing special in the room. It was there with 2 beds. Bedside tables, a wardrobe and desk. No more than a basic over-night stay. Bath shower/tap VERY poorly fixed to wall - NOT expected in a hotel of 4* category - EXTREMELY SURPRISED.
• Relation qualité-prix: 5 More for location, room staff and breakfast than for other qualities. You could do so much better. And likely at my expense when I return to Barcelona!!!

• Négatif: 1. The room does not provide tea, coffee or water, which is usually included in all 4 star hotels. 2. The night staff was rude and unhelpful.
