clean enough, but our first impressions when we arrived are the ones that counts.
the lobby was not up to standards as it was left dirty.and nothing look inviting. I thought when i arrived that i should have book another hotel.

not all facilities were available. the beach front towels facilities was closed during the 5 days we spend at the hotel. the gym was disappointing.

the staff were not very helpfull. Specially the young lady that was working at reception when i arrived at the hotel. she was asked after 1 hour of waiting for our room how long it was going to take . She answered back with a very aggresive manner. And at some point she wanted me to asked her colleague that checked us in it seems like i was disturbing her.
some staff were having heated conversations towards each other when the swimming pool bar was busy. I think at that point they could not take the pressure.
if you needed something you were asked to go look for yourself. no extra mile was offered to us. and sometimes I had the impression i was disturnbing the staff.

Check in not avaialable until 16:00 although web site says from 13:00 Reception un helpful. Confusision over pool towels, guest in wrong alhough hotel failed to follow its own systems

Website states "15 minute walk" to Puerto Banus. It%27s a nice walk but definitely longer than 15 minutes. More like 25-30 minutes and we are healthy, active walkers!
