• Negative: The confirmation email advising me that I had paid upfront with a company credit card, but then charged me on my personal debit card upon check out. The gym/spa was also out of service and whilst I would not have had time to have used it, communication to guest's should have been sent prior to check in.

• Staff: 5 The lady on check in seemed miserable and made me feel uncomfortable. The man on check out was very friendly and chatty.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 Room in general was good. Had a nice space. I wasn't expecting a view of such due to the location but the view looked straight into other people's apartments - not great when the curtain's didn't pull fully.
• Value for money: 2.5 Breakfast was nice, but no access to gym/spa.

• Negative: Instalaciones del spa, baranda rota, chorro de agua que inundaba las hamancas o esquichaba a otras personas, mando del grifo zona fría roto. No funcionaba la sauna de vapor y los vestuarios estrechos y pequeños. Si que la atención de las chicas del spa fué bueno.
