    "Dear client, Just let me clarify you that the reason why you had not the usual time during Christmas Eve was the norms we have in our Hotel thinking also in our staff and their family for these special night. Anyway, the usual time table for our Snack Bar during afternoon was untill 19:00 h. and from 19:00 // 21:30 h. was opened our Restaurant with a special Christmas Eve Menu. I mean, we try to have a good balance between provide a good service and the special consideration with the people working in our hotel during so special day . . . With my best wishes for this new year . . ."
