"I spoke with our night porter in order to clarify your bad sensations about him, and I really think you are not too right speaking so bad about him, He was at the reception at 07:30 h. am when you arrived to the parking of Alhambra, just in front of our Hotel, and he explained clearly the way of access to the street of our Hotel, even you saw him from the Parking, I really cannot understand how you took the wrong street and went out from the Alhambra surroundings where we are. You are the first people that do it. But even the night porter left the reception, and took his car and went out in order to meet you and try to bring to the hotel, he led his car for 4 kms. (as you can understand, this is not usual, but he tried his best, and went out), but the question was that you where so far from the Alhambra hill, that he could not see you, that is all, and I really think it is not a reasonable matter, for trying to destroy with your words the good reputation of our Hotel, that is not just. but also I am specially hurt with the bad comments to this people, because I know him perfectly, and I know from many time ago his level of involvement in order to help the guest. My apologies Mrs. Stevens, for your bad experience arriving to our hotel, but I understand that it should not be conditinal you an objective comment about our Hotel. "
