• Location: 10 Close walking distance to many sights and restaurants, as well as a metro stop
• Common facilities and services: 10 They provide free Internet service and printing, which was very nice
• Staff: 10 Extremely helpful and friendly, and everyone spoke very good english
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room was not on the street so it was very quiet. The only noise we occasionally heard came from other guests.
• Room: 10 Quite large by European standards. Definitely the largest we stayed in throughout our trip to Spain.

• Staff: 7.5 Very helpful and always smiling.
• Quietness: 5 Outside noise in the form of drilling at 8.30am on Monday. A shop nearby was being renovated.
• Room: 5 We asked and were given a room with a balcony, which was great. The only issue was with size - the room was really quite small.
• Value for money: 5 The hotel is quite expensive compared to similar standard in other EU cities.
