• Negative: Smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room all night from the smoking courtyard below my room. Made it impossible to get much needed sleep for early flight.

• Quietness: 7.5 The room faced the street and was noisy on Saturday night and on one morning when the pavement was being repaired .
• Room: 7.5 I had a very small window at floor level, so no view. Otherwise the room was very comfortable.

• Positive: The room was nicely decorated. It was nice to be able to get tea and coffee in the afternoons.
• Negative: They did not fix our broken window or offer us a discount.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 We did find a shoe that was not ours in the room! Generally it was very clean though.
• Location: 10 Right in the middle of the little passages in the old part of Barcelona.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The breakfast looked expensive- they don%27t have a proper kitchen, so we gave it a miss. The internet was easy to access from our room.
• Staff: 7.5 We are almost sure one of the cleaning staff took a chocolate from some we had taken home from a restaurant... Otherwise, however, they were really polite and helpful.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 It was tiny but nice. The window was broken, though, and they couldn%27t fix it. Also, they were fully booked so we couldn%27t change rooms. They didn%27t offer any discount for this.
• Value for money: 2.5 I think a little it over priced, considering they did not offer us any discount for the broken window.
