• Cleanliness: 7.5 Maid came in every day and left the room looking nice and clean. Fresh towels and toiletries all replaced whne used.
• Location: 10 Excellent location, very close to everything you would need but surprisingly quiet as well. We slept really well.

• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet, no noise could be heard from outside and only minimal from other guests inside.
• Room: 5 Room was fine, we probably expected a little bit more as we thought it was expensive but maybe we paid for location.
• Value for money: 5 Maybe a little on pricey side but given we were in a city and hotels great location probably to be expected.
