• Negative: service at reception tragic and all staff. No air conditioning in the room and nobody did anything. The staff make fools of customers, there is 25 degrees of heat in the room and they still say that the air conditioning is working. This is not normal. Last time in this hotel and I would not recommend.

• Positive: Location - close to the beach, quiet Location - close to the beach, quiet neighborhood
• Negative: The quality of drinks offered for all inclusive. White and rosé wine, sangria and mojito were one of the worst we ever tasted. Also bad quality of coffee for all-incl., we have bought espresso every day to get the better one.

• Room: 5 The room was average in terms of equipment and size, but with a wonderful view (beach front)
• Value for money: 5 Prices in Europe are overall very high if you search for a hotel with higher comfort. We made a reservation to this hotel on our own, if we made it via travel agency, we would have paid much more and that would make the price/performance ratio worse for sure.

• Negative: Die Zimmer, welche dringend renoviert werden müssten! Die Bäder sind eine Katastrophe. Alles verrostet oder beschädigt. Die Tür ist viel zu laut beim öffnen/schließen! Zudem war das Essen am Abend sehr mager und nicht appetitlich.
