• Negative: It was disapointing and a little bit of a nuisance that there was no Internet service in my room. It did not help matters that I was initially told the hotel was "working on it", like it was a problem about to be imminently solved.

• Staff: 10 All staff were lovely and helpful, from those on reception to those cleaning rooms.
• Quietness: 2.5 Quite a lot of noise from busy main road at front of hotel but nothing hotel can do about this.
• Room: 5 Did have to ask for hairdryer which should have been in room but otherwise ok.
• Value for money: 7.5 Very convenient and friendly. Perfect for what we wanted but softer mattresses would be nice :)
