• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 The bathroom was very nice and well equipped. The breakfast was ok but quite basic. But since they have just started with this(only 5 days before we arrived) they might have to get used to customer requirements related to this (a boiled or baked egg would have been nice; and some yoghurt).

• 客室について: 7.5 Some rooms in the hotel are still smoking which surprises us. The smoke smell gets slightly into your room through the airco.

• ここが良かった: The hotel was nice and quite. Staff was frendly and helpful. It was in a good location close to City Centre.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The double bed in the room was made up of 2 single beds. A rusted swollen bottom area of the shower/toilet door frame prevented the door from closing properly. Water seeped out of the shower cubicle soaking whole floor every time we had a shower.

• 騒音について: 7.5 it is on a busy street but with the doors and windows shut it is quiet
• 客室について: 10 room enough to manage but not to actually stay in the room for very long time I prefer the king size bed to extra room in the room spaciuos closet storage
