• Positive: Assistance from the front desk. They changed my room immediately from a double bed to two singles when I called and explained that I absolutely required two beds. I was extremely grateful for that quick and necessary switch.
• Negative: Explanation of directions when I was on the side street were not as excellent. When I am on the side street, I cannot "see" that the hotel is "in front" of me, as the clerk said. It is important that the directions are given from the point of view of the person driving in the car, they should be pre-written and vetted by someone who truly does not know how to get to the hotel in order to verify that the directions are indeed excellent.
