• Cleanliness: 5 Para un hotel que se le nota el tiempo que tiene, tratan de cubrir bien el desgaste.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Unidades de Aire acondicionado defectuosas y sin personal con el conocimiento para trabajarlas
• Staff: Not rated Personal en la recepcion poco profecional y mal educado. El ejemplo es el siguiente, solo reporte que la unidad de AC de la habitacion no estaba funcionando y tenia un error en control de temperatura, evian a un tecnico y luego de decir que esta trabajando la unidad continua con el error y sin funcionar, lo reporto nuevamente y cuando pregunto en recepcion me indican que lo dejaron funcionando, esa noche no funciono para nada, a la mañana siguiente reporto nuevamente la situacion y cuando estaba esperando en el elevador tras una columna, escucho al personal de la recepcion hablar con el de servicio Usando malas palabras al referise de mi, claro ellos no sabian que estaba escuchando. Finalmente entendieron que la unidad de aire no estaba funcionando bien. Muy desagradable los comentarios que dijeron. Supongo que estan acostumbrados a ese trato al cliente.
