• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast: not 4* (quality, location) Bar: nice but often no waiter Restaurant: Leopold is the only real 4* waiter. We dined twice: once with L, the second time without = no follow up on water/wine serving, to fast served maincourse after apetizer. Junior suite not as on the internet !!! We switched but are still waiting for refund (or news about refund). We wait to put our comments on tripadvisor and other sites.
• Staff: 5 Reception friendly but no right to decide, no initiative to anticipate

• Room: 5 Size: see other remarks mini-Bar: not filled as it should mini-bar: refilled after remark but didn't work...
• Value for money: 2.5 We were disappointed about breakfast, bar attendance, view, general state of the premises (could call it 'old glory' for some points)
