• Positiv: The friendliness of the staff, the location and the "hacienda character" of the hotel, it felt like we were in a home, not in a hotel.

• Lage: 10 15 min walk to main attractions.

• Personal: 10 Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
• Ruhe: 7,5 Only noise: Church bells (but there is nothing any Hotel can do about that). Started at 4 AM one day!
• Zimmer: 7,5 Nice size, comfortable bed, 3rd floor (no elevator but we're in good shape), but limited outlets (we had to stick to a rotation schedule in order to recharge daily 2 phones, one iWatch and 2 camera batteries.
• Preis-Leistungs: 7,5 Yes. It is not a luxurious hotel with lastest amenities (2 outlets available to recharge 2 phones, one iWatch and 2 camera batteries...) but it has so much history and charm. The staff made us feel at home. This is a true boutique hotel.

• Positiv: Very charming hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Each room is individual , breakfast is simple but good and the two ladies who manger breakfast are attentive and sweet. Reception staff were also very good even walked us to the car park with an umbrella as it was raining and saved us a return to the hotel with the pass. Would certainly recommend for a city break possibly not a longer stay if you want a more varied breakfast and or dinner at the hotel as no evening dinning.
• Negativ: It's an old building which was part of the charm but needed to ensure the small windows in the bathroom are open to air the bathroom.

• Zimmer: 7,5 The small double is small which was advised before booking, it was as advised but it was as expected and had a private balcony so over all plenty of room. Other rooms are bigger.
